This boat does not come from a wellness catalogue. It has been Marinbastun in Sweden Built – a shipyard that produces floating saunas for the changing Nordic climate.
From there, Wena’s heart project after Portenschmiede came to the Lake Hohenwarte. You do not book a place next to other guests, but the entire sauna boat: sauna, panoramic lounge, deck and roof terrace. Private. Undisturbed. For a total of up to ten guests.
The SaaleSpa is the original private sauna boat on the Thuringian Sea, built by Marinbastun in Sweden. On board, the time-out is all yours – with space for up to ten guests from six years old.

Is the boat exclusive to us?
Yes. You book the entire sauna boat and do not share it with foreign guests.
How many people can come along?
The sauna boat is designed for groups with up to ten guests. All guests must be at least six years old; children under six years of age cannot be on board.
How is it paid?
After your request, you will receive the payment data by e-mail. The desired date is reserved for you during the payment check; Wena personally confirms it after checking the receipt of payment.
Where is the sauna boat?
On the campsite Portenschmiede below Wilhelmsdorf am Lake Hohenwarte in Thuringia. Open the route to the sauna boat.
Does the sauna boat stay on the dock?
Yes. The SaaleSpa remains firmly on the jetty at the Portenschmiede during your time-out. You book a private sauna break on the water, no boat trip.
Can I give away a sauna break?
